Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian actress, who mainly appears in Telugu films. She also appears in Tamil, Hindi and Kannada movie. She has won Femina Miss India 2011 title and has won five pageant titles including 'Miss India People's Choice'. She made her acting debut with 2009 Kannada movie Gilli. Her first Telugu movie is 2011 Keratam. She made her Bollywood debut with 2014 Yaariyan. Later she was seen in several Telugu hit movies like Venkatadri Express, Loukyam, Nannaku Prematho, Sarrainodu and many more.

Rakul Preet Singh was born on 10 October 1990 in Delhi. She has completed her schooling at Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan. She studied Mathematics at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She is an active golf player and also played nationals. She has done modeling for two years and then entered Miss India finals. In 2016, Rakul has started her own gym named "F45" in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Upcoming movies
Rakul Preet Singh has roped in for upcoming AR Murugadoss Project featuring Prince Mahesh Babu in lead role. This is first time for Rakul and Mahesh to pair on-screen. The movie will be released on 7 April 2017.
